| We have an exceptional sales staff in each of our showrooms, all "officially adopted" by the Bergelins. Since they don't operate on commissions and we don't haggle over prices, your experience should be relaxing and friendly. They will spend all the time necessary to take care of you. If you have any further questions about our company and products or are interested in making a purchase, please contact the Factory or one of our showrooms in Hickory, NC or Winnetka, IL. Note that the High Point showroom has now been consolidated with the Hickory location. |

| Terms |
| We
require a 50% deposit with the order and the balance when your order
goes into our finishing room. This is generally 3 weeks before
shipment. Please send all checks to the factory. Because of the
custom nature of our business there is a 40% cancellation
fee. |

| Measuring
For Delivery |
| We cannot be responsible for
furniture that will not fit in your home. The pieces that are most
often a problem are big cabinets or beds that go upstairs and large
dining tables that cannot make a turn going into the house. Please
measure
carefully. |

| Manufacturing
Time |
| While we quote anywhere from 8 to 24
weeks depending on what pieces are ordered, our motto is "we
ship in a timely fashion consistent with the quality that you expect
and we demand." Our furniture is custom to your finish and
hardware requests; it is not in a box ready to be shipped. If a
problem were to arise, it most likely would not show itself until it
starts the finishing process. At that point it can take several weeks
to correct. This is our dilemma in quoting shipping times. We
absolutely won't ship if there are any quality
issues. |

| Quality
furniture demands quality delivery companies. We have found a handful
of exceptional carriers that we use with confidence. All of our
furniture is shipped well padded and blanket wrapped. They will bring
it to your home and completely set it up for you. Rates vary
depending on distance from the factory and how many pieces you have
on your order. In general, it will be from 5% to 10% of your order.
We will be able to give you an estimate at the time you place your
order. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. |
